We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Director to fulfill a key role in our company and help us reach our growth targets. You will be in charge of creating and implementing new digital marketing strategies, as well as optimizing our digital sales funnel for new sales, retention opportunities, and cross-sales. This role also includes monitoring key performance and risk indicators (KPIs and KRIs) and identifying areas for improvement.
Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of multi-platform sales, marketing, budgeting, strategizing, and social media as sales channels.
To be considered for the role, you must also possess excellent knowledge of relevant online sales platforms and tools, such as Salesloft/InsightSquared/Salesforce. You’ll also be expected to demonstrate outstanding performance history in marketing leadership and revenue increase, as well as a good track record of establishing meaningful and long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
Growing our sales revenue by implementing effective and innovative growth strategies
Planning, executing, and evaluating sales campaign launches and monitoring the performance of our digital marketing campaigns
Staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and implementing best practices to ensure better outcomes
Overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies for multiple projects across various marketing channels
Reaching out to and establishing relationships with referral partners
Communicating with new and existing clients to address their needs and propose sales strategies that will generate the most revenue
Collaborating with General Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Executives to create integrated solutions for clients
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field is preferable
10+ years of experience in Digital Sales or Digital Marketing
Experience with CRM to track lead generation activities
Experience with PPC sales, including Google Ads, Microsoft Shopping Campaigns, YouTube, Facebook Ads, and/or other paid channels
Excellent understanding of different social media platforms and best practices for social media sales
Working knowledge of geotargeting
Ability to cooperate effectively within a team and with clients
